Reference Number 0000327922 Bid Intent Not Available Questions are submitted online No Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 1 Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000, payable unconditionally to the owner. The successful bidder shall simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract, submit an executed bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the acceptable bid as security for the faithful performance of this contract. The successful bidder shall with the delivery of the performance bond submit an executed payment bond to guarantee payment to laborers and suppliers for the labor and material used in the work performed under the contract. Upon acceptance of the work by the owner, the contractor shall submit a maintenance bond (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-16.3) in an amount not to exceed % of the project costs guaranteeing against defective quality of work or materials for the period when issuing addenda, the owner shall provide required notice prior to the officialreceipt of bids to any person who has submitted a bid or who has received a bid package.
