The WCB is seeking a Contractor to complete a Residential Home Modification Project in Lacombe, Alberta as per the specifications and drawings contained in this IFB. The project will consist of: 1. Provisions contained in the specifications divisions apply to each Division of the Specifications but is not limited to the following scope of work: 2. Supply and installation of all material and systems described herein for interior modifications to the existing 1673 square foot bi-level, as indicated on drawings for barrier free accessibility. 3. Supply and installation of all materials and systems described herein for a new exterior vertical lift at the rear deck. 4. Supply and installation of all materials and systems described herein for a laundry room, kitchen and ensuite modification. 5. Installation of mew concrete sidewalks to the rear of the home as indicated on drawings. 6. Re-Construct new wooden stairs and deck modifications at the rear deck complete with metal railing modifications s to accommodate new vertical barrier free lift. 7. Enlarge and replace interior doors as indicated on drawings for wider entrances. 8. New ceramic flooring on main floor and basement, and new laminate flooring in basement as per room finish schedule. 9. Modify existing mechanical and electrical systems as required due to interior modifications and as outlined in the drawings and specifications. 10.
