Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Louisville, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The Work for which the Bid is requested consists of but is not limited to culvert cleaning, culvert lining, incidentals and work appurtenant thereto. Representatives of the City will be present to discuss the Project. Perspective BIDDERs are invited to attend and present their questions relative to this Bid at this conference. Attendance at this pre-bid conference will be required to submit a Bid. The City of Louisville is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Bids will only be accepted from BIDDERs who are prequalified as a General Contractor by the City of Louisville City Engineer, and who are recorded by the City Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to the ENGINEER. Interpretation or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued only by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
