As of June 18, 2024 this project was awarded on September 15, 2024. the awarded general contractor's identity has not been disclosed. A firm timeline for construction has not been confirmed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This project includes two phases of design that will be bid as separate bid packages per the schedule below. One contract will be awarded to the PSC to design both phases. The Phases are identified as the Renovation Project (22033) and the Modifications Project (23032). The PSC will provide Phase 300 Schematic Design, Phase 400 Preliminary Design Services, Phase 500 Final Design Services, and Phase 600 and 700 Construction Administration Service to design for the following scope of work ACCEPTING RFP QUESTIONS UNTIL: 5:00 pm August 18, 2023.
