Clean Water Plant Locker Room and Office Renovations The Wyoming Clean Water Plant Locker Room and Office Renovations involves the build out of a 349 square foot office adjacent to the facility's Control Room on the second floor as well as a 608 square foot Lactation Room and Locker Room renovation on the first floor. All spaces involve minor demolition, rework of interior layouts as indicated on the drawings as well as new finishes. Work associated with modifying the existing plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems shall be included in the bid.'
