Franklin Ave Pavement Improvement Provide labor and materials for 2 (two) parking lot updates at the Franklin Avenue Purchasing & Supply Building; which includes ADA parking and ADA entry to new building entrance. Trades include, but not limited to; civil, striping, asphalt and concrete work. Work is to be performed in strict accordance with the one (1) page drawing pack and Attachment C and all items discussed at the mandatory bidders conference. The awarded bidder shall comply with all applicable provisions of the California State Labor Code regarding prevailing wages, Department of Industrial Relations Division of Apprenticeship Standards Labor and other requirements. Liquidated Damages - It is agreed that time is of the essence for completion of this work. Therefore, the parties agree the awarded bidder (Contractor) shall pay to the County, as fixed and liquidated damages, and not as penalty, a dollar sum in the amount of $0 per day for each calendar day beyond the allowed time stated in the Contract Documents after which the work is completed
