Remodeling of a municipal facility in Homedale, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of either a bid bond (penal sum form), certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal, including any add alternates, is required. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Owyhee County should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract inaccordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount will be required within three (3) days after signing the Agreement Between Owner and Contractor. These bonds shall be furnished and paid for by the Contractor and shall remain in full force one (1) year after the date of substantial completion Owyhee County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the County
