Renovation of a water / sewer project in Homedale, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
ALLWEST Project No. 521-355G USDA CFDA Number: 10.760 The project consists of The Project generally consists of repairing and/or replacing approximately 38% of the City's sewer collection system, abandoning the City's current lagoon treatment system and constructing an entirely new complete mix/partial mix lagoon treatment system and Blower/UV building, Headworks building and lift station modifications. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing to and must be received by Great West Engineering no later than 5 pm local time on August 15, 2022 Questions received after this date will not be answered. Oral questions will only be accepted at the PreBid conference Questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to: i. Andrew Kimmel @ akimmel@greatwesteng.com There are no prevailing wage requirements on this project 330 calendar days to Substantial Completion (Section 00500, 4.02) b. 30 calendar days after Substantial Completion to Final Completion Liquidated damages are $1,000 for each day beyond contract times d. The City is under a compliance agreement with DEQ that requires the Wastewater Treatment system to meet current discharge permit no later than December 31, 2023.
