Prospective bidders are hereby required to completely familiarize themselves with the scope of work required and the conditions to be met by visiting the job site and conferring with Mr. Michael Green at tel. no. 732-336-0830. Said bidder covenants and agrees that they have satisfied themselves from their own investigation of the conditions to be met and that they fully understand their obligation and that they will not make any claim for or have right to cancellation or relief without penalty of the contract because of any misunderstanding or lack of information. This is an important and irrevocable part of any resulting contract. The successful bidder(s) shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, equipment, apparatus, tools, transportation, storage, permits, (if required) and all necessary related items and appurtenances for a full and complete job in accordance with industry standards. All data, reports, computerized information, programs and materials related to this project shall be delivered to and become the property of the owner upon completion of the project The right to reject any and all bids is reserved in accordance with applicable law.
