Furnish and Deliver Gate Valves and Appurtenances All bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City Treasurer of the City of New Brunswick in the amount of ten percent of the bid, not to exceed twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars. Bids for contracts that require a performance bond must also contain a consent of surety. The City Council of the City of New Brunswick reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, waive informalities therein, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City.
