Mechanical Engineering Prime Consultant Services The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a Resource List of highly skilled Pre-qualified Vendors to provide Services to NWP and affiliated subsidiaries. Vendors will be reviewed for compliance with the mandatory requirements in Section 3.3 Mandatory Requirements. After Responses are reviewed, the Resource List will be established, and NWP will maintain the Resource List as the primary method by which NWP may enter into Contracts for specified services on an "as needed" basis.
