Jefferson County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consulting firms with experience in architecture, structural engineering, roofing, and historic preservation. The County is seeking the services of a multi-discipline consulting team to provide architectural and engineering (A&E) services to address structural deficiencies at the Port Townsend Community Center (PTCC) Gymnasium, located at 620 Tyler St., Port Townsend, WA. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Matthew Court, Facilities Maintenance Capital Projects Supervisor, at mcourt@ co.jefferson.wa.us no later than Friday, December 6, 2024. Answers will be provided via email to the requestor and any other parties that have expressed interest by that date.
