Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Bids will be accepted until the specified opening time and date. Any bidder attempting to deliver after the opening time and date will be refused. Each bidder shall submit with his bid the information specified in the bid documents for compliance with the laws of the State of Illinois on Fair Employment Practices and with the City of Rockford's Ordinance on Equal Employment and Business Opportunity. Any bid which fails to include the compliance items properly completed will not be read and will not be considered. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities. Question Deadline 08/16/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Questions regarding this bid/RFP shall be addressed to : Dajana Glisic- dajana.glisic@rockfordil.gov . Answer to questions will be posted on the city's website in the form of an addendum no later than August 17, 2023 at 5:00. All questions regarding the bidder's preparation of this bid, pertaining to the drawings and specifications, shall be compiled in writing and e-mailed to Anne Wilkerson, (anne.wilkerson@rockfordil.gov) City of Rockford, Finance Department, at least 72 hours prior to bid time.
