The City of Round Rock seeks the services of qualified consultants for professional engineering services and design services related to the following: Old Settlers Park Buildout. The project will be delivered as a Construction Manager at Risk with multiple Guarantee Maximum Price releases and multiple agreements with design professionals. Professional services for this project include, but are not limited to Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Closeout Documents, and Contract Administration Services for civil engineering, landscape architecture, aquatics engineering, and sports fields design, as well as architecture, structural, and MEP for maintenance yards and various support buildings. The City has recently partnered with Bonfire to create a new procurement portal that allows you to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit your response.
