Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Remove marked stumps, fill holes and reseed as needed in the grassy area; Regrade slope from lake to parking area to ensure proper drainage and runoff; Reclaim and re-level existing gravel and add 150 yards of compacted gravel; Bidders must bid based on specifications above but are welcome to offer additional alternatives. All work is to be completed in accordance with County permits and DNR regulations. At all stages the contractor shall keep the property neat and free of hazards. Waste materials shall be removed from the jobsite upon job completion. Stumps can be disposed of at the Town property located at the first driveway north of 1631 50th Street, Turtle Lake, WI. Work must be completed no later than May 1, 2024 but preference is to be completed in 2023. Questions concerning the scope of the work, call Ethan Yeske, Town Chair at 715-641-0001. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and award the bid that best suits the Town's needs.
