Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 23-053 Project Name: Consent Decree Group 5 - Remedial Measures Pipeline by Reroute The project includes: The construction of approximately 13 sanitary sewer reroutes in 8 areas across the City of Tyler including approximately 4,502 linear feet pipe replacement by open cut, approximately 40 linear feet pipe replacement by directional drill, approximately 1,006 linear feet steel encasement by dry bore, approximately 115 linear feet steel encasement by open cut, and construction of 40 manholes and 1 access chamber. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Section 19, "Certificate of Interested Parties". This work is part of the City of Tyler's Consent Decree compliance response. Questions concerning this project shall be submitted 72 hours prior to bid opening through electronically in the Q&A portal. The City of Tyler is obligated to ensure that all contractors performing any work pursuant to this Consent Decree perform such work in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Consent Decree.
