Springville City (Owner) is soliciting for bids for a 3-Year contract for the TRIMMING OF ALL TREES ENCROACHING ON SPRINGVILLE POWER PRIMARY AND TRANSMISSION LINES. It is to be a sealed bid, to be opened at the date and time designated. It is the intent that the lowest cost from the sealed bid should be the first and major concern and at the same time receive quality service from the bidder. The successful respondent will be under contract with Springville City for the purpose of removing trees and bushes and fulfilling any other requirements listed in the RFP. The contractor shall have the responsibility of maintaining clearance standards for all interior trees in the city that confilict with conductors from 7,200 volts to 46,000 volts and including open secondary at 240 volts.
