Sitework: Site demolition and construction of new ADA ramp and parking. 2. Interior build-out of new Lobby and transaction window. Renovation of interior spaces to included new finishes, casework, and door hardware. 3. Three new ADA accessible restrooms will be renovated for staff and the public. 4. Facility will include new lighting, IT cabling, security and door access control. 5. Facility will include all plumbing and mechanical work to support new functions. E.
