Pen Ambler Park - Parking Lot Reconstruction Project. This Project Involves the Reconstruction of the Parking Lot at Pen-ambler Park at the Intersection of Pen-ambler Road and Mathers Road. The Park Improvements Will Consist of the Reconstruction of the Existing Parking Lot in Accordance With The Pa Dep Approved Capping Plan. Additional Improvements Include Re-grading, Asphalt Trail Repairs and New Parking Lot Line Striping. E Each Bid Shall Be Submitted in Accordance With Article 15 of the Instructions to Bidders and Document 00 21 13 Instructions - Submitting Electronic Bids for This Solicitation And Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check For Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid Amount Payable To Lower Gwynedd Township Along With an Agreement Of Surety Certifying That the Required Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Provided to the Bidder. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Sixty (60) Days After The Date Set for the Opening of the Bids. Lower Gwynedd Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any And All Bids for Any Cause Whatsoever, to Eliminate Any Item Or Items From the Contract, and to Waive Any Informality in The Bids.
