District Wide Concrete Sidewalk and Curb Replacement A certified check or bid bond, executed by the Bidder, and a surety company satisfactory to Wissahickon School District, and made payable to the Wissahickon School District, in an amount equal to, not less than, ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Wissahickon School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities in the bidding. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing for the receipt of proposals.
