Site work for a water / sewer project in North Richland Hills, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of North Richland Hills reserves the right to reject any and all RFP responses and act in the best interest of the City of North Richland Hills. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier s Check or Bid Bond, payable to the City of North Richland Hills, in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful contractor shall furnish approved Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount for each individual project over $50,000. Last date for questions is Friday, September 08, 2023, at 12:00 PM CDT This project will allow the City to enter into multiple contracts with multiple Contractors for a twelve-month period with the option for four one-year renewals at the City's discretion. The successful proposers will provide WATER METER INSTALLATION SERVICES during regular business and non-business hours during the term of the contracts. General contracting services may include, but are not limited to, removing and replacing water meters in various sizes, removal and replacement of encoders and endpoints on various size meters within the City of North Richland Hills as needed.
