The City requires a vendor to provide a full winter maintenance program for transit bus stops and shelters located throughout the City. The term of the contract shall commence on October 1, 2023 and terminate after two (2) seasons on March 31, 2025. There are approximately 300 bus stops located throughout the City, including 63 bus stops with shelters. Question Deadline: Wed Aug 16, 2023 2:00:00 PM (EDT). If a Bidder needs to address any discrepancies, errors and/or omissions in the bid document, or if they are in doubt as to any part thereof, they shall submit questions in writing through the Citys bid opportunities website. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to award the contract to other than the Bidder submitting the lowest bid, or on a split-order basis, lump-sum or individual-item basis, or such combination as shall best serve the interests of the City.
