Site work for a water / sewer project in Kodiak, Alaska. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This work consists of providing all materials and performing all work necessary for Owner Provided Material Disposal Site preparation and unusable material disposal, including clearing and grubbing, subgrade preparation, construction of perimeter drains, placement of unusable or surplus material, preparation of a site-specific Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and the installation and maintenance of temporary erosion and pollution control measures. As part of ADECs capitalization grants for both the ADWF and ACWF loan programs, the programs have an overall Fair Share (or utilization goal) objective of 3.26% for MBE entities and 1.48% for WBE entities for construction only (effective October 1, 2019 - September 30,2022) A Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid will be required with good and sufficient surety or sureties acceptable to the City. The City of Kodiak reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
