The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bid (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the placement of 2" HDPE SDR 11 at three (3) underground location, the construction of approximately three miles of pole line consisting of an estimated seventy (70), 40' class 4 utility poles. Pole line construction to include the placement of all 6M EHS strand, anchors, guying and grounding per NESC standards.
