Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 1472; square feet of 4" thick sidewalk and approximately 90 lineal feet of curb & gutter and 1 survey monument in various locations throughout the City. All work covered in the contract documents shall be completed by OCTOBER 31, 2023. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids shall be directed to the City Engineer ecasperson@nogden.org. It shall be understood, however, that no specification interpretations will be made by telephone, nor will any "or equal" products be considered for approval prior to award of contract. In submitting this bid, it is understood that the right is reserved by the Owner to reject any and all bids and award any and all schedules together or separately in the interest of the Owner. It is agreed that the bid may not be withdrawn over a period of thirty (30) days from the opening thereof Contract Documents at the office of the Engineer; upon application and payment of a $40.00 non-refundable fee. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to NORTH OGDEN CITY CORPORATION
