Successful Bidders Shall Be Required to Observe the Fair Employment Practices Commission Rules Pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity, and Comply With the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 Ilcs 130/1 ET Seq.., and Use Wage Determination as Determined by The Illinois Department of Labor, Conciliation, and Mediation Division Dated 04/16/2010.
