**As of December 20, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on January 22, 2023.** This is an invitation for a bid for the demolition of the residential building, pool and associated structures. A certificate of insurance will be required. Performance and Payment bond required. To meet Kentucky Revised Statutes 45A.430 and 45A.435 purchase orders for construction that are issued that are under $100,000.00 will not require a bond. Purchase Orders issued that exceed $100,000.00 will require the contractor to bond. Start: January' 25, 2024 Finish: March 8, 2024 Each bidder is encouraged to visit the site to review conditions prior to submitting a bid.
