The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City ("HASLC") is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured firms to provide Snow Removal Services at the properties listed below, to include all applicable services and fees on the attached Scope of Service. The contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year and may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms by agreement of both parties in writing and subject to the required approvals. There is no right or expectation of extension and any extension will be determined at the discretion of HASLC. Questions and bids received after the deadlines will be late and ineligible for consideration. Answers to all significant questions will be provided via the U3P website and to all bid holders.
