Watson Street Management Development Corporation (WSMDC) an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of Camden (HACC) is soliciting bids for residential unit pricing from qualified, licensed, and insured general contractors to do repair work where necessary at the Chelton Terrace Phase I development (CT Phase I). Chelton Terrace Phase I is located in South Camden and consists of 66 residential units and a community building. The majority of the 66 units are occupied. The work in this solicitation is not intrusive enough to require any relocation as you will see from the work being requested. A site visit will be scheduled, contractors are strongly encouraged to attend. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq., successful Respondents on projects for the public work shall adhere to all requirements of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and HUDs Davis Bacon Wage Rates. Certified payrolls shall be submitted with request for payments for work done under this contract. The HACC reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in accordance to any and all Federal, State, and HUD rules and regulations. The right to reject any and all Bids or to accept the bids or any item of any bid deemed most advantageous to the Housing Authority and to award contracts accordingly is reserved to the authority of the Board of the HACC.
