The work to be performed under the provisions of these Contract Documents shall consist of furnishing and delivering in new condition, the equipment described in the Technical Specifications to the specified points of delivery and providing installation guidance, startup, testing, and other services where specified in the detailed technical specifications., including all work and cleanup, appurtenant thereto, the proposed improvements for the Post Oak Wastewater Treatment Plant Emergency Backup Generator & Paralleling Switchgear Equipment Preprocurement. The equipment to be furnished under this equipment supply proposal document is to be incorporated in the construction project for the Post Oak WWTP Emergency Backup Generator and Paralleling Switchgear. The equipment provider shall be responsible for unloading of materials provided and inventory of same. A separate contract will be awarded for the construction of the project which includes the installation of the equipment obtained under these Documents.
