Remove and dispose of the existing pavements, curbing, soil, and lawn. Remove or prune selected trees. Remove and dispose of existing pool, deck, and pump house, and associated infrastructure. Existing Bathhouse shell structure and foundation shall remain. 2. Construct new pool, pumphouse and associated infrastructure. Renovate existing Bath house structure. Remove portion of bath house exterior wall to accommodate new vestibule. 3. Install new concrete pool deck, sidewalks, associated curbing, stairs and ramp with handrails and cheek walls, and bituminous pavement. 4. Install new utility infrastructure including electrical, storm drainage, sanitary, and water. 5. Install new site amenities including stone retaining walls, prefabricated steel picnic pavilion, prefabricated steel and aluminum shade structures, fencing, lighting and benches. 6. Install new landscaping including lawn and trees. 7. Install new irrigation. B. The following outline generally describes the proposed Scope of Work 1. Demolition/site clearing: Remove and dispose of bituminous concrete paving and curbing, fencing, and site amenities. Sawcut road and remove existing bituminous sidewalk and associated curb. Clear and grub trees and vegetation to limits shown. Remove and replace select site utilities including drainage structures, gas, water, and sewer. Protect structures and trees to remain. 2. Earthwork: Cut and fill soil areas associated with pool and pump house construction, sidewalk connections, parking and roadway shoulder area, stairs and retaining walls. Reshape, supplement, and compact existing subbase for bituminous concrete pavement. Reshape and compact subgrade for new curbing and pavements. Reshape, supplement and compact, as necessary turf grass areas and proposed landscape areas. Perform trenching associated with underground site infrastructure. 3. Pumphouse Building: Construct building structure and foundation and all associated infrastructure and finishes. 4. Bathhouse Building: Construct building vestibule addition, install new roof, windows, floor slab, walls, and all associated infrastructure and finishes. 5. Swimming Pool: Construct swimming pool structure including zero depth entry, accessible ramp, stairs and all associated infrastructure and finishes. 6. Pavements: Prepare subbase, base and finished surface for vehicular and pedestrian pavements including bituminous concrete, integrally colorized concrete, specialty pool deck concrete, decorative concrete finishes, concrete stairs and ramp with handrails and cheek walls. 7. Exterior Improvements: Furnish and install new fencing, site amenities, lighting and landscaping.
