Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Cross, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Berkeley County is seeking qualified contractors to undergo a renovation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm systems. All new MEP systems will be provided and installed, will meet all current building, energy and local codes to the Tri-Community Center located at 1708 Poplar Hill Drive Cross, SC 29436 as part of a CDBG Grant. The project will include demolition of old panels, heaters and abandoned conduits , adding new electrical panel, and rewiring the remaining electrical circuits, abatement of asbestos, installation of gutters, down spouts and a water diversion system, and architectural design plans. Specific project activities include: 1. Demolition of old panels/conduits/heaters from hallway and banquet hall. 2. Addition of new electrical panels in hallway and banquet hall. 3. Rewiring remaining electrical circuits in hallway and banquet hall. 4. Abatement of asbestos containing materials in flooring equaling approx. 6,000 square feet 5. Installation of partitions in hallway near the restrooms. 6. Installation of guttering, down spouts, and water diversion system around the perimeter of the entire facility. 7. Architectural design plans
