Reference Number 0000327082 professional land surveying services for property located within the Town of New Castle, Westchester County, New York. The project area location is bounded by SBL: 100.07-3-61 (136 North Greeley Avenue) on the south side, SBL: 92.20-3-1 on the North Side, SBL: 92.20-2-1 on the East Side, and SBL:92.20-1-1 on the west side. (Please see attached Location Map LM-01). A property line survey with metes and bounds shall be prepared by a New York State Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. An easement description between the Metro North/MTA and the Town of New Castle shall be prepared by a New York State Licensed Professional Land Surveyor. he proposal shall include a "Not to Exceed" cost for each task outlined below for each respective area. The costs associated with each task shall be a separate line item and indicated as such in the proposal.
