Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gresham, Oregon. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; for paving for a residential development; road / highway; road / highway; and road / highway.
Metro is inviting bids for Matzke Property Demolition for the Parks and Nature department. The Contractor shall demolish and legally dispose of the structures, construction materials, appliances, furniture, trash, fencing, concrete, asphalt, gravel, and all items described in the scope of work at the above listed address. The contractor is responsible for obtaining Multnomah County Right of Way Permit which requires traffic control plans and certificate of liability insurance. See Exhibit B in the scope of work. The Contractor is responsible for any traffic control required to complete the work described in the scope of work.
