Mt. Hood Community College is requesting competitive bids on various printed display graphics. The purpose of this request is to select multiple vendors for a 36 month period with an option to renew. At the sole discretion of the college the contract may be renewed for up to two consecutive one year periods after the initial 36 months. Awards will be made to the bidders providing the best value base upon price, years of experience and quality of samples for each display graphic job-type. Mt. Hood Community College reserves the right to determine which bidder is the lowest responsible bidder for each. Samples can be mailed to Phil Markel before the due date. Competitive bids for, and returnable samples of the display graphic job-types listed below shall be emailed to Phil Markel at Phil.Markel@mhcc.edu no later than 5 p.m., Thursday, March 10, 2022. Late bids shall be kept but shall not be considered for award. Bid prices shall be delineated on the attached sheets. Bids not submitted on the attached sheets provided will be considered unresponsive and will be rejected. All bidders must submit a cover letter (no longer than one page) with information about their qualifications and experience to perform the work described in this request for bids.
