The Work of this Contract under the Base Bid generally includes the following: o Thickening Equipment Replacement - Replace 3 Gravity Belt Thickeners with Rotary Drum Thickeners. Coordination with Owner's system inte grator to connect the new equipment with the plant SCADA system. o Pump Replacement - Replace three existing Thickened Sludge Pumps and equipment pads. Coordination with Owner's system integrator to connect the new equipment with the plant SCADA system. o Installation of flow measurement and solids analyzer instrumentation. Coordination with Owner's system inte grator to connect the new equipment with the plant SCADA system. o Installation of hot water system. o Installation of ventilation monitoring and go/no-go lighting for NFPA compliance. All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked SEALED BID for WWTP GRAVITY BELT THICKENER REPLACEMENT and bearing the name and address of the bidder. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
