**As of December 19, 2023, project was awarded to IRS but awarded amount is not available.** Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) is requesting competitive bids from experienced Contractors to perform asbestos abatement in the GE Building located at 26000 SE Stark St, Gresham, OR 97030 Scope of work: - Remove asbestos containing sheetrock. - Remove/demo wooden framing of wall Note: - Wall section is 50' length x ~29' tall. - MHCC will supply the asbestos report from Jones Stohosky Environmental Laboratory - Work will shall start on 12/11/23 and must be completed by 12/18/23. First-tier subcontractor disclosures will be due no later than 4:00 PM on November 20th, 2023 and must be submitted in a sealed envelope and in the same manner as the bids
