Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) seeks responses from qualified bidders to build a see-through, custom made retractable dome over our outdoor 50 meter pool at our Gresham campus. Deadline for Questions December 22, 2023 A Bid Security in the form of a Bid bond as per Section 7 - Form of Bid Bond, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, certified check, or cashier's check for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted Bid, payable to Mt. Hood Community College shall accompany each Bid exceeding $100,000, as per Section 3, 1.02, C. MHCC reserves the right to require every Contractor and subcontractor employee to pass a fingerprinting and background check. Contractor shall cause its employees and/or subcontractors, if any, to authorize MHCC to conduct these background checks. The contract is for a public work and shall be subject to the prevailing wage requirements of ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870.
