The Work of this Contract under the Base Bid generally includes the following: Installation of the Mixing Aerator Unit and associated process piping, valving, electrical, and network connections. Coordination with Owner's system integrator to connect the new equipment with the pump station's SCADA system. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The City of Gresham requires all Contractors to comply with equal opportunity policies. The City's programs, services, employment opportunities, volunteer positions and contracts are open to all persons without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, marital status, disability, or political affiliation. ***Bid Event: All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished by the City of Gresham, mailed or delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked "SEALED BID for 185th DRIVE PUMP STATION IMPROVEMENTS" and bearing the name and address of the bidder. ***Document Note: Additional fees may apply. The apparent low bidder will be required to have the current edition of the City of Gresham Public Works Standards.
