UNLV is seeking a Contractor for the abatement and demolition of the UNLV Paradise Campus. For Public Works Projects, a Bidder Must Be Qualified as a Bidder with the State Public Works Division of the Department of Administration for the Cost Category Required for the Project. Question Deadline: 08/31/2023 at 5:00 PM PT Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Sample 100% Payment Bond (Labor and Material) Sample 100% Performance Bond Completion of this Project must be achieved within one hundred thirty-five (135) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed Contractor shall ensure that all employees on the Project are paid, at minimum, the prevailing wages established by the State Labor Commissioner. Prevailing Wages Rates for Clark County must be used. UNLV reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, and to waive minor irregularities and omissions, whereby the best interests of the Nevada System of Higher Education would be served.
