The City of Vernon is requesting proposals from qualified civil contractors to transform the existing Becker Bike Park to allow the Bike Park Facilities Contractor to construct the eventual paved pump track, dirt jumps, trails, and other bicycle amenities. This project generally includes the construction of a level soil pad, the clearing and grubbing of areas along with isolated tree removal and includes the construction of an access road from 35 Street in order to provide access to a storage location for all the cut material anticipated to be removed from the existing Becker Bike Park pumptrack.
