The State of Wyoming, General Services Division is requesting bids for Thyra Thomson building and Motor pool building automatic access gate maintenance, service and repair at the property at 444 West Collins Drive and 675 South Walnut, Casper, Wyoming 82601. Work will be conducted by properly licensed and certified persons (if the work requires licensin g and/or certifications). Work will be conducted at the Thyra Thomson building located at 444 West Collins Drive and the Motor pool building located at 675 South Walnut, Casper, Wyoming The Contractor shall provide direct labor personnel; as well as transportation, tools, instrumentation, equipment, materials, and supplies required; to perform repairs, servicing and maintenance on two (2) Tilt-A Way HYJG1 vertical pivot gates and one (1) HYS slide driver gate and associated components. The Contractor will coordinate other associated gate work with the security system Contractor or other Contractors when necessary. The Contractor shall provide the services of qualified, trained, manufacturer certified technicians to perform repair or diagnostic services. Hourly charge: charges must be set at an hourly rate for regular business hours Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., excluding State of Wyoming recognized holidays. After hours includes weekends and all State of Wyoming recognized holidays. Emergency is defined as immediate service. Travel expenses to include all round trip travel costs to the Thyra Thomson building from the vendors' location (per mile). Materials used are to be charged at cost plus a percentage of markup Questions shall be submitted through electronically.by 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), on August 11, 2023. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered.
