The County of Roanoke, Virginia is requesting sealed bids from qualified companies for WEST ROANOKE RIVER GREENWAY, PHASE I. Direct contact with any County employee or County representative without the permission of the Purchasing Division, on the subject of this solicitation, is strictly forbidden. Purchasing staff will coordinate responses to any inquiries, as necessary. The Project consists of constructing approximately 0.58 miles of 10' wide paved greenway, MSE retaining walls, paved parking area, and associate appurtenances which includes clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage improvements, and paving. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
