Renovation of a residential development in Ozark, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
construction of OZARK HOUSING COMMUNITY - CFP 2022 AND 2023, Ozark, Alabama. The scope of the work will include a full modification of a building at Ross Drive to include windows, doors, flooring, cabinets, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, new front and rear metal insulated doors and security screen doors at Noah Circle and Ariton, new metal roofs for buildings at Herring Avenue, Brown Homes, Matthews, and Chalker, and new HVAC systems for units at Glenway and Ariton. Proposals shall be submitted on forms included in the specifications or copies thereof and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Ozark Housing Community. All bidders must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama 1975. Licensing required by local municipalities shall be obtained prior to the execution of construction contract. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date set for bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
