Renovation of an educational facility in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of Exterior Renovations: Replace existing roof assembly with new modified bituminous built up roofing assembly, replace window and door assembles, perform targeted masonry repairs, replace greenhouse glazing, and install new prefabricated canopy assembly. Interior Alterations: Upgrade existing classroom and associated support spaces into new agriscience lab including toilet room alterations, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, science equipment, walk-in cooler, and interior finishes. The Owner has contracted separately to procure and install the science casework. This contractor is responsible for connecting all utilities to casework components. Greenhouse renovations: Upgrade existing greenhouse including greenhouse control system, ventilation and heating system, hydroponics and fertilization injection equipment, and other pertinent requirements. DPMC Trade Certifications : C009 General Construction/Additions and Alterations Any questions or requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing to the Architect's Office no later than 5:00 pm on Ovtober 13, 2023.
