The project consists of the installation and panel integration of three (3) electric vehicle charging stations, eight (8) electrical conduits to accommodate future electric vehicle charging stations, sixteen (16) concrete bollards, and the incidental replacement of concrete curb, sidewalk, and asphalt pavement at the West Goshen Township Municipal Complex. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening. West Goshen Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. The Work will be substantially completed within 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 90 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
