The Project includes the following Work: The project includes approximately 170 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer pipe, 1 EA 4' diameter standard manhole (0-6'), 1 EA remove existing cleanout and replace with 4' diameter manhole (0-6'), 40 LF 16" steel casing pipe open cut, 1 EA connect to existing line or structure, 280 SY 2" asphalt paving replacement, pre-construction video, and WVDOH inspection fees. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time of the opening of bids. Bid Security A certified check made out to the Town of Buffalo, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and Bidder's surety company approved by the Town of Buffalo, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The envelopes must contain the following: Envelope No. 1 a. Bid Bond b. Copy of Current West Virginia Contractor's License c. Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda to Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents d. Drug Free Workplace Affidavit Envelope No. 2 e. Bid Form Contractor's License All bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor's License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code. Time of Completion The Time of Completion for this Contract shall be 60 consecutive calendar days beginning with the Award of Contract and written Notice to Proceed. Instructions to Bidders.
