**As of August 25, 2023, project was awarded to Ironhead Roofing, awarded amount is $210,562.79.** Sealed bids for the Public Works Buildings 1 & 2 Roof Replacement. Delivered bids must be dropped off inside the Public Works Administrative Office. The work consists of the roof replacements on buildings 1 (one) and 2 (two) at the City of Corvallis, Public Works Department, located at 1245 NE 3rd St, Corvallis, OR 97330. The bidding documents for this project may be downloaded. Questions Due August 14th @ 4pm Work described in this contract and the basis of payment shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace the roof on both Building 1 (one) and Building 2 (two) at the Public Works facility located at 1245 NE 3rd St, Corvallis, OR 97330. 1.1.1 Install flute filler foam in flutes of metal roof and install a cover board over flute filler to make a level deck. 1.1.2 Mechanically attach new membrane roof, 60 mil PVC roof system over flute filler and cover board. 1.1.3 Install proper screws and plates for correct fastening depth for wind rating requirements. 1.1.4 Install new pipe boots and pipe jacks as needed. 1.1.5 Install new vents as needed. 1.1.6 Install new drip and rake metal on perimeter of roof. 1.1.7 Heat weld all seams and penetration for securement. 1.1.8 Probe and inspect final roof. 1.1.9 Clean up all gutters, grounds and roof.
