Site work for a mixed-use development in Adair Village, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Limited site clearing, grubbing, and grading within the park limits; improvements include construction of a new rubberized pedestrian pathway with subgrade preparation and edge transitions, as well as ADA-accessible enhancements. Facilities will comprise a public restroom building and a pavilion, both equipped with plumbing, lighting, and utilities. Utility installations will include domestic water, sanitary sewer, and electrical service and distribution. Amenities including benches, bollard-style pedestrian lighting, and site furnishings; and all incidental and related work as shown on the plans and described in the Contract Documents.
