Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Brookings, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 775-square-foot municipal facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to remove the existing locker room flooring and install approximately 775 square feet of new Roppe Rubber Tile (or equal) and Roppe Vinyl Wall Base (or equal) at USCG Station Chetco River. All work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work, comply with industry standards, and be completed within 90 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Quotes must include a completed and signed Standard Form (SF) 1442, a detailed price breakdown for mobilization & site prep, itemized list of materials, installation by tasks, and labor rate, as well as a technical proposal with a step-by-step technical approach and a high-level project schedule. The technical proposal shall not contain any pricing information and must demonstrate an understanding of and ability to meet the requirements. The government will evaluate Technical Proposals on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis and award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible quoter who meets all requirements and is rated 'Acceptable' technically. Only small businesses are eligible.
